Returns & Refund Policy:

Storemax offers a 7 days cooling off period for standard stocked items. Within this time, you can return any standard products that are bought from Storemax with any reasons, given that the product is:

  • In the original packaging and in original state
  • Unused

Terms and Conditions:

  • If the product is returned due to change of mind, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
  • Certain types of products, including but not limited to oversized products, if delivered and needed to be sent back to us, customers will have to pay for the freight charge if the product is returned due to change of mind.
  • All refunds will be processed via bank transfer and usually takes between 3-5 business days.
