Replacement, Returns & Refund Policy:

Storemax offers a 2 day cooling off period for STANDARD stoked items only Within this time, you can return any standard products that are bought from Storemax with any reasons, given that the product is:

1. In the original packaging and in original state.
2. Unused

Terms and conditions for returning:

- If the product is returned due to change of mind, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
- The customer will be deemed to have accepted the goods in the condition in which they are delivered unless, within seven (2) days of the date of delivery, the customer returns the goods to Storemax or notifies Storemax of any claim that the goods are not as per an order, of acceptable quality, damaged or defective.
- The customer must clearly and specifically identify the non-conformity defect or damage. Upon notification of any such claim, Storemax has a reasonable opportunity to investigate the claim. If satisfied that the goods are non-conforming, damaged or defective, Storemax may, at its sole discretion, replace the goods
- Any request for the return of conforming, non-defective goods will be at the sole discretion of Storemax and will be subject to a processing fee of 20% of the price of those goods.
- Certain types of products, including but not limited to oversized products, if delivered and needed to be sent back to us, customers will have to pay for the freight charge if the product is returned due to change of mind or change of customer requirements. Any charges involved in transporting returned Goods to Storemax and, where applicable, back to the Customer will be borne by the Customer.
- All refunds will be processed via bank transfer and usually takes between 7-10 business days.
