Shipping Policy

Deliveries of goods are to your warehouse. If the item is heavy and requires a minimum of two persons to lift goods manually from the truck (additional waiting cost will apply). Delivery drivers are not permitted to load/ unload goods for customers. If the order is shipped on a pallet then you will need to arrange a forklift and fork lift operator to unload goods from the truck . If you don’t have a forklift available then we may be able arrange delivery by a tail-lift truck (depending on your location) but there will be an additional charge involved so please let our friendly sales team know when you place your order and we will discuss this further with you.

Shipping Charges

All orders are charged depending on the size of your order and delivery area. If your order is over a certain size or you live in a remote area then the calculator will show “We will call you”. If that is the case, please place your order and one of the staff will contact you with a quote on the lowest freight rate.


Storemax takes out insurance for all orders dispatched from our warehouse. If you notice any damage on arrival do not sign or accept the goods and please call us immediately. Once you open the packaging and notice if any item is damaged you must contact us within 24 hours or we will be unable to accept responsibility for any damaged goods.

Delivery Lead Times

Our staff will pack and dispatch your order 1-2 business days and our transport company will have your order to you within the following time frame:

  • Two to Three (2-3) working days provided all items are in stock for Melbourne, Queensland, Adelaide, Sydney & Perth.
  • Five to Seven (5–7) working days provided all items are in stock for areas outside of Melbourne, Queensland, Adelaide, Sydney & Perth.

Our products are very easy to assemble. If required, we can supply you with assembly instructions. If you have face any problem further, please give our friendly sales/ operations team a call and we can talk you through it.

Tracking Your Order

Our friendly operations team will keep you informed via email and/or phone when your order has been dispatched.

Signature On Delivery

Our carriers require a signature on arrival as a proof of delivery. If you are not available in the delivery address to receive your delivery we will require notification when placing your order. Please note we are unable to accept any responsibility for orders left unattended and not signed. Re delivery will incur additional transportation fee.

Picking Up Your Order

You are more than welcome to pick up your order from our selected locations. Our amazing staff will load your order into your vehicle at no cost. To save yourself some time give us a call before you come down and we can make sure your order is ready and waiting for you.
